Shulamit Ron-Bigger, PhD

Chief Operating Officer

Shulamit Ron-Bigger, PhD is Chief Operating Officer at Aktis Oncology, bringing a breadth of operational expertise in biopharmaceutical strategic development. Prior to joining Aktis, Shulamit served as the Head of Strategy and Operations for the Research and Early Development organization at Bristol-Myers Squibb. In this role she led portfolio and program strategy, budget management, and operating model design and its implementation. During her time at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Shulamit has held different strategy and commercial roles in both US and global markets. Prior to joining BMS, she worked as a strategic consultant to large pharmaceutical companies. Preceding her time in the pharmaceutical industry, Shulamit served as a Human Resource officer in the Israeli Defense Forces. She holds a PhD in Cellular and Developmental Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In her free time, Shulamit enjoys attending art shows and traveling the world with her family.
