Kelly Polanco

Kelly M. Polanco, MBA, MS is Vice President, Head of People & Culture at Aktis Oncology.  Kelly is an accomplished human resource professional with a multinational track record of driving strategic change and leading operations to increased organizational effectiveness.  At CRISPR Therapeutics, she was the Head of Talent Development where she shaped multiple strategic initiatives.  Prior to CRISPR, Kelly worked in key People roles at Editas Medicine, Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she spent 15 years continuously increasing her scope and responsibility.  While at BMS, Kelly spent eight years living in Argentina, supporting South America, Middle East, Africa and parts of Europe.  Kelly earned her MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and her MS from the University of Pennsylvania. In her free time Kelly enjoys traveling the world as often as possible.
