Judit Bartis, PhD

Judit Bartis brings over 25 years of industry experience across pharmaceutical development, clinical and commercial manufacturing, and global product lifecycle management. She has a proven track record of advancing assets through all phases of drug development—from preclinical research to global commercialization. Her areas of expertise include formulation, manufacturing process development, regulatory submissions, and CDMO management. She is also skilled in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-stakes projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Prior to joining Aktis, Judit served as Vice President of Global Clinical Supply Management at Ipsen, where she led clinical supply strategies to support pipeline progression and regulatory approvals across multiple therapeutic areas. At Albireo Pharma, she played a pivotal role in the development and commercialization of Bylvay®, leading pharmaceutical development and lifecycle management efforts.

Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Relypsa, contributing to the successful launch of critical therapies such as Veltassa®.

Judit holds a Ph.D. in Analytical/Inorganic Chemistry from the City University of New York and an MBA from Northeastern University.
